Community Engagement at SMCT

At SMCT, we are committed to working with our diverse community to provide appropriate and accessible services. To ensure that we are meeting the needs of our communities, we want to understand what matters most now, and into the future.

What we want to better understand:

• What type of communication, activities, or engagement methods would you prefer us to use when connecting with you?
• How do you currently use our sites, and what features or services do you rely on the most?
• What changes, improvements, or new initiatives would help our organisation better meet your needs?
• What could we do to ensure our spaces feel more welcoming, inclusive, and supportive for everyone who visits or participates?

Your input and feedback will inform the services we provide and help us update our current Community Engagement plan.

How to get involved

We want to provide community different ways of getting involved. We have the following opportunities for community to connect with us:

• Survey that takes approximately 4 minutes to provide your feedback.
• Request a consultation session with the Community Engagement team.
• Attend a workshop to provide your feedback.
