Navigating Grief Facilitated group discussion. Discuss the emotional, physical, and spiritual ways we can help to support ourselves during times of despair and sorrow.

Topic: Managing difficult dates/events. Looking at strategies to support grievers coming into anniversaries, yearly events and birth dates.

Forgotten Chinese Graves

This 2-hour tour will introduce the Chinese graves established in 1852. Participants will discover the locations of some of these hidden graves and learn about the individuals.

After the success of our first Grief Retreat last October, we are pleased to announce that the first of two day-long Grief Retreats will be held on Saturday 26 July at Springvale Botanical Cemetery.

A range of offerings will be available with a focus on wellbeing, taking care of yourself during grief, remembering those we've lost and connecting with others with shared experiences
